Monday - Friday (unless noted)

6-7am - CrossFit

8am - Crossfit

9:30am - CrossFit

9:30am - Bells and Balls - M-W-F Only - This class offers separate programming and coaching for an intense and effective cardio and strength workout without heavy weights.

2-4:30pm - Open Gym

4:30 - 5:30pm - CrossFit

6 - 7pm - CrossFit

7:15 - 8:15pm - CrossFit

Saturday:

8am - CrossFit (and sometimes Mimosas)
